Shipping & returns

 

Shipping will be by Singpost Smartpac , Ninja Pack or local courier.

We process packages 7 days a week and generally send out your item within 24 hours.

 

Time to reach is generally within 3-7 working days* a time that is promised by our local logistics company and which we have no control over. Request to expedite is not possible  as we have no control over 3rd party logistics.

 

If you require urgently , it is best to request for lalamove grab mover to do immediate delivery or do self pick up at our store.

If you are not satisfied with our products,or it has some problem,Please do not hesitate to contact us first, we will respond to you timely and solve all problem until you are satisfied.

 

 

All the returns need to be sent by your local  post  or courier.

 

Please contact us for return address and details before you send the item back. We do not accept any returns without previous notice.

 

Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with the original packaging and in resaleable condition.

 

We will send new replacement or refund once the item is received.
